Your Key Responsibilities
Ownership of the Lexroom CS Academy: across our teams (SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise) and geographies design and run recurring training programs (onboarding, ramp-up, advanced training), defining goals, content, schedule, and success metrics.
What You'll Do
New hire onboarding: Own the full onboarding experience from the first week onboarding to the first 2 months ramp-up for all new CS hires, coordinating agendas, materials, internal speakers, and practical exercises for all our markets.
Hands-on training: Personally deliver training modules (clients onboarding, sales/expansion methodology, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, pipeline management) with role-plays, call coaching, and structured feedback.
Customers Education: Creates content that the client uses to learn independently (not team-based training) in cooperation with the Legal Engineering team.
Training content upkeep: Keep playbooks, scripts, templates, and Academy materials up to date with product, market, and team performance; turn internal success stories (calls, emails, sequences, complex deals) into reusable training assets.
Execution with managers: Partner closely with CS Managers and CSMs/AMs to ensure training is applied in real scenarios, calls, and negotiations.
Global collaboration: Align the Academy with global initiatives and export Italian best practices to new international markets.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in CS Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Coaching within a fast-paced B2B (ideally in SaaS, tech, or consulting environment).
Strong PMO mindset: able to turn needs into structured plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines, deliver results, and measure impact.
Comfortable both presenting publicly (training, workshops, role-plays) and working in detail on processes, content, and metrics.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
Highly hands-on and execution-driven: you don’t just design programs - you join calls, analyze numbers, and iterate fast.
Languages: Full professional fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
