What you'll do
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out activities, ensuring strong product placement and market coverage.
- Prepare account business plans, forecasts, and promotional activities aligned with company objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and annual agreements with key customers.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, SCM, Product Management, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of account plans.
- Analyze customer performance and provide regular business reviews and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.
What you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, Sales, or Account Management within the FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Home Appliances industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing sales targets, forecasts, and promotional budgets.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region if required.
Nice if you have
- Experience in the Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics industry.
- Knowledge of Saudi retail market dynamics and key modern trade accounts.
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools, ERP, or CRM systems.
- Experience handling annual contract negotiations and joint business planning.
- Understanding of category management and retail execution strategies.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
