Office Manager Client Relationship & Operations

Location: Chennai, India

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to serve as the key bridge between our clients, Chennai operations, and Singapore office. This role is primarily focused on Client Relationship Management (60%), while also leading Talent & Resource Management (30%) and overseeing Office Operations (10%).

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management (60%)

• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
• Gather, clarify, and document client requirements, ensuring timely follow-up to closure.
• Monitor client satisfaction, manage escalations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support account retention, renewals, and growth initiatives.
• Provide regular account updates and reports to Singapore leadership.

Talent & Resource Management (30%)

• Plan manpower requirements to support business and project needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Allocate resources across projects and optimize utilisation.
• Monitor bench strength, attrition, and workforce capacity.
• Coordinate closely with Singapore leadership on hiring and resource planning.

Office Operations (10%)

• Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, assets, and compliance.
• Monitor operating costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare management reports on account health, resource utilization, hiring status, and operational performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology organizations.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, client follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, budgeting, and Excel skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA in HR, Operations, or Business Management preferred.
