Ourfrontend is builtwithTypeScript, whileGo is theprimarybackend technology. We are mainlylooking for backend developerswithGo experience; theabilityand interest tocontributetotheTypeScript frontend is an additionaladvantage.
Yourtaskswillinclude
- Developing and maintainingbackend components in Golang.
- Workingin an agileenvironmentand contributingtodevelopmentand end-to-end testing.
- Takingownershipof yourcodeand maintaininghighqualitystandards.
- Codereviewand testing.
- Collaboratingwithinternalpartnersand airlinecustomers.
You are looking for us, if you have
- Atleastthreeyearsof hands-onexperiencein software design and development.
- Golang knowledge.
- Experiencewithevent-drivenand microservicearchitectures, includingdistributedsystems.
- Strong knowledgeof concurrent, asyncand reactiveprogrammingparadigms.
- Messagingfundamentals.
- Proventrackrecordof implementinghigh-performance backend solutions.
- Proficiencyin working with and designing a range of APIs (REST, SSE).
- Containerizationand orchestrationexperience(e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledgeof CI/CD and connectingtooling, preferablyGitHub Actions.
- A strongunderstandingof test-firstapproaches, domain-drivendesign and hexagonalarchitecture, combinedwiththejudgmenttoknowwhena pragmaticsolutionis appropriate.
- Strong mindsetand passionforbuilding high-qualityproductsand greatcustomerexperience.
- Have excellent written and spokenEnglishskills.
Nicetohave
- Knowledge of and experience with TypeScript, React, Material UI and CSS.
- OpenTelemetryand observabilityexperience.
- Basic Azureknowledge.
- MessagingMiddlewares: NATS/JetStream, ActiveMQ.
- Databaseexperience; PostgreSQL.
