TLM/Reconciliation Developer

We are looking for an experienced TLM / Reconciliation Developer with strong expertise in financial reconciliation processes, reconciliation platforms, SQL, and scripting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with one or more reconciliation tools such as Intellimatch, DUCO, Frontier, SmartStream, CTC, or TLM, along with a strong understanding of financial reconciliation workflows and automation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement new reconciliation features and solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Build, configure, and maintain reconciliation processes using enterprise reconciliation platforms.
- Develop and optimize automated reconciliation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and processing times.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into reconciliation rules, workflows, and technical solutions.
- Work with financial data from multiple source systems and perform reconciliation, matching, exception handling, and break management.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Automate repetitive reconciliation and operational processes using scripting and other automation techniques.
- Investigate reconciliation breaks, data discrepancies, and processing issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Optimize reconciliation processes and database queries for improved performance and scalability.
- Support testing, deployment, production releases, and post-production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, operations teams, finance users, technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand reconciliation requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering reconciliation processes, configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of financial reconciliation operations.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 3 - 8 years of experience in TLM, financial reconciliation, reconciliation technology, or related development roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes, including transaction matching, exception management, breaks, and settlement-related reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with one or more reconciliation platforms such as Intellimatch, DUCO, Frontier, SmartStream, CTC, or TLM.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, data validation, and performance tuning.
- Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Shell, PowerShell, or equivalent.
- Experience designing and implementing reconciliation rules, workflows, and automated processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for reconciliation breaks and data issues.
- Good understanding of financial data, transaction flows, and reconciliation controls.
- Experience with application testing, deployment, production support, and incident resolution.
- Ability to work closely with business, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
