We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for C3, Libra’s internal case management and operations platform. C3 is the backbone of Libra’s funding operations - supporting underwriting, negotiations, servicing, payment processing, document management, and workflow automation across multiple business lines.

This role has a dual mandate: (1) deliver measurable product and business outcomes for C3 by partnering with domain-aligned engineering teams to ship high-quality features at pace, and (2) help the product organization work smarter and ship faster using modern AI tools, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted product development practices.

The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, UX instincts, and technical fluency, with a blended background across product, engineering, and design/UX. They know how to identify the right problems, validate them quickly, prototype early, and partner cross-functionally to turn ideas into reliable, scalable solutions. They are comfortable operating in a high-throughput delivery environment where engineering capacity is growing and product’s ability to keep domain-aligned squads well-fed with refined, validated work is a critical success factor.

This role will report to the VP, Product Management (C3) and can be worked remotely with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Assisted Product Management

• Use tools such as Claude and other AI platforms to accelerate discovery, synthesis, competitive analysis, requirements drafting, UAT plan generation, and day-to-day product work - maintaining refinement velocity as engineering capacity grows.
• Identify where AI, automation, or decision-support can improve C3 operational workflows and internal user outcomes.
• Partner with engineering on AI-assisted development practices that improve speed, clarity, and experimentation during build cycles.
• Define appropriate guardrails, fallback paths, and human oversight for AI-enabled experiences within C3.

Strategy & Discovery

• Lead discovery efforts, competitive analysis, and user interviews to ensure product teams are solving the right problem - not just delivering requested features.
• Partner with the VP, Product Management and cross-functional leaders to continuously develop, refine, and execute a clear product vision and strategy for C3 aligned to company goals, customer needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify high-value operational and business problems through research, data, workflow observation, stakeholder input, and structured engagement with operations subject matter experts.
• Validate opportunities with agility through rapid prototyping, MVPs, and customer feedback.
• Develop deep domain knowledge in C3’s operational areas - including underwriting, negotiations, servicing, payment processing, and document management - to reduce dependency on SME availability and improve requirements quality over time.

Delivery, Execution & Engineering Partnership

• Partner with domain-aligned engineering teams to ensure squads have a continuous pipeline of well-refined, validated work - owning the “what and why” while collaborating with engineering on the “how.”
• Facilitate intake, prioritization, and sequencing of product initiatives, enhancements, epics, MVPs, and features based on impact, urgency, risk, and learning value.
• Shape product experiences through strong UX judgment, including workflow design, usability, information hierarchy, and friction reduction for C3’s internal user base.
• Turn ambiguous business requests into clear product requirements, MVP definitions, and end-to-end experience decisions.
• Author product initiatives, epics, and features, and collaborate with engineering partners to identify and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate structured SME engagement with operations teams - respecting their bandwidth constraints while ensuring requirements capture the business rules, process exceptions, and domain nuance that drive quality.
• Lead or participate in UAT planning and execution, either directly or by creating structured UAT plans and partnering with SMEs to complete validation.

Measurement & Outcomes

• Define success metrics for every significant initiative and evaluate performance using customer feedback, usage data, operational metrics, and failure analysis.
• Track whether shipped features deliver expected business outcomes. When results fall short, make explicit and documented iterate, stop, or pivot decisions - closing the accountability loop between delivery and realized value.
• Communicate roadmap decisions, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Partner with operations, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams to support rollout and adoption of C3 capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in software, workflow, or operations-heavy environments, with at least 3 years in a senior PM or equivalent role.

• Demonstrated ability to keep multiple engineering squads fed with refined, validated work in a high-throughput delivery environment - maintaining backlog health and requirements quality as delivery velocity scales.
• Hands-on fluency using modern AI productivity tools such as Claude and similar platforms to accelerate research, synthesis, prototyping, requirements drafting, and day-to-day product work.
• Strong understanding of how AI can be integrated into products and workflows, including the practical strengths, limitations, risks, and design considerations of LLM-enabled experiences.
• Ability to define and evaluate success for AI-powered features using metrics, feedback loops, production observations, and failure analysis rather than surface-level novelty.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to move from discovery to delivery to measurable business outcomes, with demonstrated accountability for whether shipped features achieved their intended results.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex operational workflows for internal users.
• Experience working with or alongside domain-aligned engineering teams, technical product owners, or embedded engineering leads in an agile delivery environment.
• Proven ability to develop domain expertise in complex operational environments and to engage subject matter experts in structured, time-efficient ways that respect their operational commitments.
• Experience in legal tech, healthcare, insurance, claims, fintech, or other regulated environments.
• Experience balancing innovation with compliance, privacy, and operational reliability.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background spanning engineering, product, and design/UX, or deep experience working across all three.
• Experience with internal operations platforms, case management systems, or workflow-heavy B2B applications.
• Experience in personal injury, medical funding, legal funding, or adjacent verticals where business rules are complex and domain knowledge is a critical product input.
• Familiarity with workflow automation or decision engine platforms.
• Experience partnering with domain-aligned engineering squads or embedded technical product owner models.
