About the Role
Position Summary
The CRM Product Manager owns Lifted Logic’s CRM platform. Not just the setup, not just the onboarding, the whole thing. This role is responsible for the strategic direction of the CRM offering, ensuring every client who touches it is actually adopting and using it correctly, and driving the product forward through a defined feature roadmap.
This is not a support role that reacts to tickets. This is the person who decides where the CRM goes, how it gets there, and makes sure clients are getting real value from it every month.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy and Product Roadmap
- Own the CRM product roadmap, including feature development, capability expansion, and platform improvements
- Make strategic decisions about what the CRM can and should do for Lifted Logic clients
- Evaluate new integrations, tools, and workflows that could improve client outcomes
- Define what “success” looks like for CRM clients and hold both LL and the client accountable to it
Project Leadership
- Serve as point of contact for all projects involving CRM: Website + CRM builds, PPC + CRM builds, and standalone custom CRM projects
- Run custom CRM projects end to end, from scoping through delivery
- Coordinate with project managers and account managers to ensure CRM work stays aligned with the broader client engagement
Integrations and Workflow Development
- Work with the development team to scope, build, and deploy CRM integrations
- Work with the workflow team to design, build, test, and deploy automations and workflows
- Own QA on all workflows before they go live, ensuring they fire correctly and handle edge cases
Client Onboarding and Adoption
- Lead new client CRM onboarding from initial setup through full adoption (not just account creation, full daily usage)
- Enforce a structured onboarding cadence: setup, intensive training, audits, and check-ins over the first 90 days
- Conduct live training sessions with client stakeholders and lead callback teams
- Provide business logic guidance around lead handling, follow-up protocol, and CRM best practices
- Monitor client adoption metrics and intervene when usage drops or processes break
- Ensure no client is “onboarded” until they are using the CRM daily and correctly
Internal Training and Enablement
- Train the Lifted Logic team on how to help their clients use the CRM successfully
- Build and maintain internal documentation, onboarding templates, SOPs, and training materials
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for any CRM question, from account managers needing client context to leadership evaluating the offering
CRM Support
- Own CRM support for active clients, including troubleshooting, configuration changes, and workflow adjustments
- Identify and report bugs, usability gaps, and product improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain client-specific documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- Project management experience preferred
- Client-facing experience in an agency or fast-paced client services environment
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, marketing automation, and lead nurturing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex systems for non-technical users
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting integrations and workflow logic
Please note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
