General Manager

What You'll Do:

• Oversee key factory operations including drying, bagging, stacking, milling, and mixing of chrome and manganese.

• Manage procurement processes for raw materials and consumables to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Administer factory matters encompassing human resources, health and safety, production scheduling, shipment planning, and stock management.

• Potentially manage plant sales activities, including coordination with external sales agents and expanding sales locally and into African markets.
