Missions
- Lead and develop a team of mobile and backend engineers, including senior technical leaders, to deliver reliable products that improve the productivity and effectiveness of operations.
- Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to define strategy and drive roadmap creation and execution for Supply Operations.
- Participate in technical design and drive engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence, ensuring the team independently owns complex problems from product definition through implementation and rollout.
Profil recherché
- Strong track record of working with cross-functional partners and influencing strategy in ambiguous environments- Strong technical background in mobile, backend, or full-stack product engineering

- Experience managing and developing teams of senior engineers and technical leads
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, coaching, and managing technical teams, including performance management
- Demonstrated experience leading complex products or projects end to end across multiple technical areas
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience in technical leadership and people management
- Experience leading teams spanning mobile and backend engineering
- Experience with Android/iOS development and mobile release processes
- Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams
- Experience with mobile security, authentication, or device integrity
- Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, logistics, or workforce products
