As Administrative Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to a team or department, handling scheduling, correspondence, filing, and other clerical functions. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for assigned team members. 
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. 
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with company standards. 
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and department purchase orders. 
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment for the team or department. 
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room scheduling, materials, and catering. 
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases. 
  • Support onboarding logistics for new team members as needed. 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications  

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience; commercial real estate experience preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload independently. 
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

This position primarily works in a standard office environment requiring extended periods of sitting, computer and telephone use, and occasional lifting of files or office supplies up to 15 lbs. 

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
