Role Summary
We are looking for an L&D Communications & Engagement Lead to strengthen the internal brand, visibility, and adoption of learning programs across the organization.
This role will own communications for learning programs, certifications, leaderboards, registration campaigns, program updates, learner nudges, success stories, latest news/trends and internal learning news. The person will work closely with learning program owners, business stakeholders, and Delivery and Operations teams to make learning more visible, engaging, and action-oriented.
The ideal candidate should combine strong business writing, campaign thinking, employee engagement orientation, and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Program Communications
- Create communication plans for learning programs, certifications, assessments, events, and launches.
- Draft clear and compelling emails, announcements, flyers, reminders, FAQs, nudges, and leadership messages.
- Build communication calendars for program registrations, attendance, completion, certification, and post-program engagement.
- Ensure communication is timely, accurate, and aligned with the program objective.
2. Internal Campaigns & Adoption
- Design employee-facing campaigns to improve awareness, registrations, participation, and completion.
- Create hooks, themes, messaging, and engagement formats for new learning programs.
- Support leaderboard announcements, recognition posts, milestone updates, and success stories.
- Partner with program teams to improve learner activation and reduce drop-offs.
3. Department Branding
- Build and maintain a consistent internal brand voice for the learning function.
- Create recurring communication formats such as newsletters, learning updates, certification bulletins, and news bites.
- Highlight learning impact through stories, metrics, testimonials, and business-aligned outcomes.
- Make the department’s work more visible to employees, leaders, and stakeholders.
4. Content Development
- Convert raw program updates into polished communication assets.
- Create short-form content for internal channels such as email, Teams, SharePoint, townhalls, and newsletters.
- Develop simple copy for flyers, banners, registration campaigns, and internal posts.
- Use design tools to create visually clean communication assets.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work with learning program managers, SMEs, business SPOCs, Delivery and Operations teams.
- Understand program priorities and convert them into clear employee-facing messages.
- Manage communication approvals, timelines, and version control.
- Ensure consistency across multiple learning streams and stakeholder groups.
6. Measurement & Reporting
- Track communication effectiveness using available metrics such as registrations, participation, completion, certification movement, and engagement.
- Maintain a view of what communication formats are working and where improvements are needed.
- Recommend improvements in messaging, cadence, targeting, and campaign design.

- Ability to create communication for diverse audiences, including leaders, managers, practitioners, and employees.
