As a commercially minded Product Manager, you own how players find us, sign up and make their first deposit, from ad click to their first week with us. This is a specialist growth role where marketing and product meet. You’ll work alongside Marketing, read the numbers first, and run the experiments that bring in more of the right players.
If you love funnels, tracking and conversion more than backlogs, this one’s for you.
What You Will Do
Run the full funnel, from public site and landing pages to sign-up, FTD and first-week activation.
Shape welcome offers and Refer a Friend, and test them for player quality as well as volume.
Drive web-to-app acquisition, with installs and attribution tracked properly.
Set martech strategy with Marketing: every channel measured, clean data from ad click to FTD, and fully GDPR-compliant.
Run registration experiments on fields, steps, messaging and verification, then make the call on what ships.
When FTDs dip, be first with the answer: product, channel, verification or spend?
Partner with performance, affiliates, SEO/ASO, PPC and paid social, so paid traffic is never put at risk.
Track second deposits and first-week activity, and flag channels or offers that don’t stick.
Build a roadmap on ROI, CPA and player value.
Lead an engineering and design squad focused on outcomes.
Keep login, navigation and My Account fast and reliable.
Make onboarding feel unmistakably MrQ while covering age and ID checks, GAMSTOP, geo-restrictions and marketing consent. You’ll work with Payments & Verification on KYC.
What We’re Looking For
Growth experience in a consumer business such as iGaming, fintech or e-commerce, or a marketing background (PPC, SEO, CRO, mobile UA) that moved into product.
Commercial acumen. You think in CPA, conversion, payback and LTV.
Martech know-how. You understand tracking, tagging and attribution, and where data breaks.
Experience running A/B tests on funnels and reading the results honestly.
Comfort with numbers. You dig into the data yourself.
Trust from performance, affiliate or growth teams, and the confidence to hold your own with a head of marketing.
Comfort with regulated onboarding. We’ll teach you the gambling rules.
Player instinct. You care whether a change is right for the player, not just whether it converts.
Nice to have: KYC, welcome offers or referral schemes, GA4, Amplitude, tag managers or CDPs, and AI prototyping tools.
