You will lead the maintenance and engineering function, ensuring plant, equipment and infrastructure operate safely, reliably and in full compliance with legal and company requirements Also develop and deliver maintenance, reliability and engineering strategies that improve asset performance, increase operational efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs
You will Inspire, coach and develop the engineering team, building capability, supporting succession planning and fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement You will drive engineering improvement and capital projects that enhance reliability, energy efficiency and operational performance while delivering measurable business
value As well as overseeing statutory inspections and regulatory compliance programmes, you will ensure planned maintenance activities are executed effectively to maintain safe and compliant operations In this position you will play a key role in optimising maintenance resources, budgets and critical spare parts management to minimise downtime, improve
cost effectiveness and support uninterrupted production activities
