Overview
Linde is a global industrial gases and engineering company with principal offices in Woking, England, supplying oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide and specialty gases to industrial, healthcare and electronics customers. Formed in 2018 by the merger of Linde AG and Praxair and listed in New York, it traces its roots to the refrigeration business Carl von Linde started in Germany in 1879 and builds air separation and hydrogen plants through its engineering division. It hires gas quality and sales engineers, welders and automation technicians, drivers and vehicle technicians, homecare sales staff, logistics managers and legal counsel.
