Team/Position Description
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Commercial PMO to lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies, business transformation, and commercial ecosystem synergies. In this role, you will bridge future-facing product innovation with scalable business execution, driving new revenue streams and optimizing ecosystem impact across B2B and B2C touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy & Go-To-Market Execution: Spearhead end-to-end commercialization and launch strategies for next-generation enterprise solutions and AI-driven automation products, ensuring seamless market entry and revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Ecosystem Governance: Align multi-disciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, Business Development, Sales, Legal, and Marketing) to build cohesive growth models and optimize cross-platform user journeys.
- Opportunity Exploration & Business Expansion: Conduct market mapping and strategic feasibility studies to identify emerging business opportunities, model novel revenue frameworks, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Commercial Performance & Sales Enablement: Establish key business metrics, track portfolio performance, and construct scalable enablement programs to empower enterprise sales and partner channels.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Commercial PMO, Product Strategist, or Tech Management Consultant in enterprise SaaS, digital ecosystems, or AI/digital transformation sectors.
- Strong expertise in translating high-level product technology vision into commercially viable business models and execution roadmaps.
- Exceptional cross-departmental stakeholder management capabilities with a business-driven mindset.
