[Remote] AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LingaTech is hiring an AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning models that address business challenges and generate insights from complex data. The role also focuses on improving and troubleshooting models and applications, collaborating across teams, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address AI-related challenges
• Analyze and interpret complex data to extract actionable insights
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing AI applications and models, including identifying and resolving bugs and performance issues
• Improve AI models through ongoing iteration, experimentation, and optimization
• Stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Document and present findings, results, and recommendations to stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or data science
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), Azure Synapse, and data workflows (pipelines)

• Primarily remote until further notice; must be available to attend in-person interviews, stakeholder meetings, orientation, and onsite work sessions in Middletown, Pennsylvania, as needed.
