Founded in 1990, it works with clinicians and caregivers in augmentative and alternative communication. The company is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, United States.

Lingraphica is a mission-driven organization that provides speech-generating devices to help improve communication, speech, and quality of life for people with communication impairments. Lingraphica is a leader in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) technology, helping people with aphasia and other speech and language impairments communicate and engage more fully in daily life. Through a combination of innovative devices, software, and services, Lingraphica is focused on improving communication outcomes and supporting individuals, families, and care teams. We look for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, and who share our commitment to helping individuals on their communication journey.

About the role: This role owns the operational backbone connecting Lingraphica’s go-to-market systems, cross-functional change efforts, and multi-workstream project governance. The Senior Manager acts as the business-side decision authority for business operations tooling and data, drives adoption of process and system changes across departments, and maintains the governance structure that keeps concurrent initiatives aligned, on track, and transparently reported to executive stakeholders. The role sits at the intersection of process design, communication, and program discipline, and requires equal comfort working with front-line staff and presenting to the Executive Team.

Responsibilities:

RevOps Business Ownership

  • Facilitate end-to-end process design across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Education & Research, and Finance, including lead routing, stage definitions, and handoffs

  • Serve as the business owner for enterprise systems, with authority over the organization's information architecture, cross-departmental workflows, and business automations.

  • Own data trustworthiness as the source of truth for pipeline, forecast, and attribution reporting

  • Partners with Finance on forecast and reporting alignment

  • Provide business input for reporting and BI needs and prioritization, partnering with the Technology Team on build-out

  • Own the business process roadmaps and change-request intakes

  • Drive tool adoption across Marketing, Sales, Ops, E&R, and other functions.

Change Management

  • Build and execute change management plans, covering stakeholder impact analysis, communications, and training on change management processes

  • Own internal communications related to Change Management, calibrated by audience

  • Identify and manage adoption risk and resistance, including morale impact from concurrent organizational change

  • Coordinate training and enablement planning with all functions

  • Act as liaison between project teams and impacted functions to help resolve or escalate issues

  • Build a long-term operational effectiveness strategy that incorporates industry best practices, i.e. (RevOps, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)

  • Escalate change risks to ET

Project Governance

  • Define and maintain project governance structure

  • Own status reporting cadence, including scorecard and milestone tracking

  • Facilitate steering committee and Executive Team touchpoints

  • Maintain the risk register and escalation path

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Operations in a leadership capacity (either leading teams or leading projects) with accountability for process development

  • Track record translating business requirements into system and process design

  • Demonstrated cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance

  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform

  • Data literacy, able to define and validate metrics/reporting logic, not just consume dashboards

  • Background in change management, with strong written communication and demonstrated ability to adjust tone and detail by audience

  • Comfort handling sensitive change contexts, such as reorganizations and workflow disruption

  • Experience running multi-workstream projects and programs

  • Familiarity with formal governance frameworks (steering committees, RACI, escalation structures)

  • Comfortable presenting status to executive and board audiences

  • Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) is required up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings with possible additional travel (approximately 2-3 times annually) for conferences and events as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DME/Healthcare sales process familiarity

  • Change management experience in a healthcare or regulated environment (HIPAA-aware communications)

  • Program governance experience in a regulated environment (FDA, HIPAA, Joint Commission)
