Business Applications Analyst (Salesforce)

We are looking for a Business Applications Analyst - Salesforce to join an international organization and support the development of a global Salesforce ecosystem.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive Salesforce initiatives, improve business processes, and support digital transformation projects across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Lead Salesforce enhancements, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery with developers, administrators, architects, and external partners.
• Support system integrations, testing (including UAT), deployments, and post-go-live activities.
• Improve business processes, user experience, and Salesforce adoption.
• Support documentation, end-user training, and change management.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, CRM Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with at least one of the following:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and writing functional specifications.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, automation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Knowledge of CRM, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing processes.
