DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Release Process Management: Drive the end-to-end release process, including CI/CD pipeline management, deployment coordination, and environment promotion (dev → staging → production).
• Infrastructure Operations: Provision and maintain infrastructure requirements for integration services, covering containerization, cloud resources, and networking setups.
• System Monitoring & Reliability: Monitor system health, diagnose infrastructure-related issues, and execute fixes to guarantee maximum uptime, stability, and performance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure all testing and production environments are properly provisioned and configured.
• Technical Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive infrastructure configuration docs, deployment workflows, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• CI/CD Tools: Strong practical background with modern CI/CD automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Cloud & Containers: Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Integrations: Proven track record of supporting API-based, integration-heavy services and applications.
• Soft Skills & Agile: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally within Agile teams.
• Strong Plus: Familiarity with Benchling, LatchBio, or similar laboratory informatics systems.
