Digital Content Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to take responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of our digital content platform. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product, content, and technology, helping teams improve the way content is structured, managed, delivered, and integrated with other digital solutions.

You will translate business and content needs into product initiatives, coordinate improvements across teams, and ensure that the platform evolves in line with both operational and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing business priorities, user needs, and technical requirements.
• Gather and prioritize requirements and improvement opportunities from content, product, and technology teams.
• Design and improve workflows supporting content creation, management, approval, and publishing.
• Establish and maintain content structures, models, taxonomies, and metadata standards.
• Coordinate integrations between the content platform and other applications, APIs, services, and third-party tools.
• Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Support teams in adopting new platform capabilities and establishing effective ways of working.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions that can automate content-related activities and improve productivity.
• Work with external technology partners and vendors when required.
• Monitor platform-related issues and coordinate initiatives aimed at improving quality and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, CMS, content architecture, or digital content operations.
• Good understanding of modern content management platforms and their underlying architecture.
• Experience designing and optimizing workflows for cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and third-party services.
• Ability to work effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience introducing AI-based tools, automation, or AI-assisted workflows into content or product processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A structured, proactive approach to identifying problems and driving improvements.

• Experience with modern headless CMS platforms.
• Experience working with digital products, websites, or content platforms.
• Experience collaborating with external technology vendors.
• Understanding of cloud-based solutions and modern web technologies.
