What You’ll Do

As a Junior Product Owner, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our products and ensure continuous value delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify areas for product optimization and improvement.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of product roadmaps and strategies.
• Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Monitoring product performance and gathering user feedback to inform future iterations.
• Communicating effectively with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product management, product optimization, or a similar role.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of agile development processes and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and requirements to diverse teams.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Education: A degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing or user feedback tools.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
• Knowledge of KPI tracking and performance monitoring tools.
