About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern Digital Workplace solutions for large enterprise clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with consulting and architecture responsibilities, focusing on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-powered workplace solutions.

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale Digital Workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Architect solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents.
• Advise stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives and modern workplace strategies.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Guide projects through the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, governance, testing, and rollout.
• Promote AI-first approaches and best practices while ensuring secure, responsible AI adoption.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to architecture standards, methodologies, and reusable assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Microsoft 365 Architect in enterprise environments.
• Strong consulting background and experience delivering complex Microsoft-based solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies, including:
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Copilot Studio
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Power Platform
  • Microsoft Search
• Experience designing AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Microsoft Copilot extensibility, and protocols such as MCP and A2A.
• Experience deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Control System.
• Solid understanding of Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks, including ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OWASP LLM Top 10.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.
• Fluent English.
