The Senior SRE defines and leads the reliability, performance, and scalability strategy. As a hands-on technical authority, you will architect resilient cloud infrastructure, drive SRE/DevOps standards, and mentor engineers to support mission-critical healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • SRE & Platform Strategy: Set technical standards for reliability, uptime, capacity planning, and disaster recovery across the Webapp Platform.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Architect and automate AWS resources at scale using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi) and manage enterprise Kubernetes clusters.
  • CI/CD & Observability: Modernize CI/CD pipelines and design org-wide observability frameworks (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana) with structured incident response & post-mortems.
  • Security & AI Innovation: Drive AWS security/compliance practices and integrate AI-driven tooling for predictive monitoring and automated incident handling.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers, partner with Product/DevOps leadership, and influence architectural direction across global teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: BS/BA in CS (or 10+ years equivalent in SRE/DevOps/Infrastructure) with a proven track record of technical leadership.
  • Cloud & K8s: Deep, hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (large-scale operations), and IaC (Terraform/Pulumi).
  • Observability & CI/CD: Advanced experience with observability stacks (Dynatrace/Prometheus/Grafana) and CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Leadership & AI: Experience integrating AI tools into operations, mentoring engineers, and navigating high-throughput or regulated environments (Life Sciences/Biotech is a plus).
