Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing promotional activities, analyzing market trends and campaign performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, competitive landscapes, and commercial opportunities across different market segments.
• Ability to translate market insights into effective marketing strategies and business initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, property, F&B, retail, or related industries would be an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Bali.
