About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive tech hiring efforts across R&D, Product, Security, and cross-functional teams. In this role, you will serve as an expert partner to hiring managers, designing targeted sourcing strategies, leading in-depth search processes, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.

What you’ll do:

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine profile specs, design structured interview flows, and guide them through best-practice hiring decisions.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines from discovery kickoff to offer stages for technical and product roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Security Research, Product Management, AI Engineering, and more).
• Advanced Sourcing: Architect proactive outbound strategies leveraging advanced Boolean techniques, AI-driven recruitment platforms, GitHub, niche communities, and creative talent mapping to reach passive candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Champion an incredible, high-touch candidate journey. Maintaining clear communication, quick feedback loops, and ensuring every applicant feels valued and engaged.
• Pipeline & Market Insights: Track key recruitment funnel metrics and gather talent market insights to optimize candidate flow and keep hiring managers informed on progress and trends.
• Interview Process Excellence: Train and support hiring managers and interviewers on objective assessment techniques, feedback alignment, and effective candidate evaluation.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 6-8 years of tech recruitment experience, with a strong background in fast-paced startup or scale-up tech environments.
• Proven track record in technical sourcing and deep familiarity with technical domains (specifically R&D, Cyber, or Data).
• Strong stakeholder management skills - ability to guide, challenge, and align with hiring managers to achieve hiring goals.
• Mastery of modern sourcing methodologies, including AI recruitment tools, boolean logic, and non-traditional sourcing channels.
• Methodical, process-oriented, and data-aware with a strong drive to push processes forward independently.
• Fluent Hebrew and very high-level English (written and spoken) for daily work with global and local teams.
