负责新品研发项目采购早介（ESI），参与研发选型评估，提供可制造性与成本建议
负责供应商开发与准入：充分寻源（至少3家候选）、资质审核、样品承认（APQP）、现场审核（QCDS）
负责成本拆解与分析：BOM成本核算、成本分析、多家比价、定价谈判与量价协议
负责二供开发：针对战略物料和瓶颈物料开发二级供应商，打破单源依赖
负责VAVE降本：协同研发推动设计简化、材料替代、工艺优化，支撑BOM降本目标
负责国产化替代：进口物料国产化寻源与验证，降低采购成本
参与供应商全生命周期管理：绩效评估（QCDS）、分级分类、帮扶发展与退出决策
维护供应商资源池信息，定期更新供应商档案与评级

任职要求

本科及以上学历（条件优秀者可放宽），机械/电子/自动化等相关工科专业
5年以上采购开发经验，有商用清洁机器人/智能硬件/清洁设备行业经验者优先
熟悉注塑、滚塑、钣金、PCBA、电机、线束、传感器等至少3个品类的供应链与工艺
掌握成本分析方法（如成本分析、TCO），具备独立拆解BOM报价的能力
熟悉供应商开发全流程（APQP、PPAP、FAI），了解IATF16949体系者优先
具备模具基础知识，能评估模具方案与注塑成本关联

加分项

有OEM/ODM代工厂管理经验
了解NDAA合规要求或海外出口管制
