WhatYou’llBring
Must-Haves:
3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing modern full-stack applications.
Strong experience in frontend using React, C#, .Net.
Experience building web applications and APIs using contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices.
Proficiencyworking in collaborative development environmentsutilizingsource control, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
Experience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants to improve productivity and software delivery outcomes.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, or deployment processes.
Experience incorporating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products or development workflows.
Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced technology environments.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants:
The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
