📍 Little Bird, Lusaka
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented baker to take charge of our pizza dough preparation.
The role:
- Measure ingredients and mix dough accurately.
- Manage fermentation, portioning, balling and storage.
- Produce consistent dough ready for each service.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace and follow food hygiene standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in baking, bread making or pizza dough preparation.
- An understanding of yeast, fermentation and dough handling.
- Good time management and the ability to follow recipes precisely.
- A willingness to learn our methods and maintain high standards.
Pizza dough experience is an advantage; bakers with strong bread-making skills are welcome to apply.
