Key Holder - Roosevelt Field, NY (Seasonal)
We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Key Holder to support our Roosevelt Field store through early January. This temporary role is perfect for someone who loves retail, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys creating meaningful connections with guests.
As a Key Holder, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, help lead the sales floor, and ensure every guest has a welcoming and memorable Little Words Project experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations and sales goals.
- Open and close the store independently and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Welcome guests, make personalized product recommendations, and support the Bead Bar experience.
- Assist with beading appointments, events, parties, and custom orders.
- Support training and onboarding of Sales Associates by sharing product and guest service knowledge.
- Assist with inventory, backstock, merchandising, product launches, and clienteling.
- Help resolve guest concerns and communicate store needs to leadership.
- Support KPIs and sales goals while creating a positive, high-energy store environment.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience; Key Holder or Shift Lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to lead by example and take initiative.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for Little Words Project and creating meaningful guest connections.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible retail schedule.
