  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve support tickets, and provide end-user guidance and training while ensuring compliance with FDA and GMP/GxP requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain functional specifications, standard operating procedures, test scripts, validation documentation, and training materials.
  • Support system integrations with manufacturing execution systems (MES), labeling software, and other connected applications, ensuring seamless business operations.
  • Participate in system testing, software validation, implementations, and upgrades while promoting SAP best practices and process efficiency.

Your Background & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in manufacturing, warehousing, and procurement environments.
  • Experience supporting SAP MM, PP, QM, and IM modules, including multiple full life-cycle implementations.
  • Proven experience supporting SAP users and software validation activities in FDA-regulated environments, following GMP/GxP-compliant processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support multiple sites independently.
  • Experience in discrete manufacturing environments preferred, particularly within the life sciences or medical device industries.
