THE POSITION

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid internship program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real-world situations. You’ll also strengthen your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills along the way.

This part-time position requires 15-25 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, so please ensure your availability aligns with these days. The internship runs through the 2027 Spring semester, beginning January 19, 2027, and concluding May 6, 2027.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Support the Sales and Accounts team with client management, communications, social media management, client decks, etc.

  • Support the Operations team with the festival operations advance by creating and printing collateral, ordering supplies, assisting with staff uniforms, etc.

  • Support the 508 Club team with maintaining the member portal by adding events, working on blogs, and assisting with member communications

  • Assist with ideating and facilitating client and member creative collateral and gifting

  • Assist with the planning and on-site execution of the Premium Client Services programs at Two Step Inn Festival in April of 2027

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Build knowledge of industry systems, including Workday, AMP, and Asana
