Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Senior Salesforce Developer (5+ Years Experience) who thrives in a dual-responsibility environment. This role is split between maintaining high operational stability across our Live Production Environment and designing/implementing New Architectural Features for our enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) ecosystem.

Technical Competency Matrix :

Programmatic Dev : Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable, Queueable, LWC, Aura Components, Dynamic SOQL/SOSL.

Product Suites : Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, SLAs), Field Service Lightning (FSL), Partner Experience Cloud.

Integration & APIs : REST/SOAP API Development, JSON/XML Parsing, Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0, Webhooks, CTI Integration.

Data & Security : Complex Data Modeling, Role Hierarchy, OWD, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security, Territory Management.

Platform Ops & Tools : Salesforce CLI (sfdx), Git, Change Sets, Debug Logs, Developer Console, Query Plan Tool, Postman.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within mid-to-large-scale enterprise deployments.

- Proven background in handling high-priority production support, system health monitoring, and post-deployment maintenance.

- Mandatory expertise in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud applications.

- Practical experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP or similar enterprise backend systems.

Soft Skills & Operational Attributes :

Candidate must demonstrate high ownership and composure during live service outages, possess sharp analytical problem-solving skills, and maintain clear communication with business analysts, field managers, and executive leadership.
