Ihre Rolle:
- Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer bei der laufenden Kundenbetreuung
- Mithilfe bei Vertragsadaptionen & Vertragskontrolle
- Dokumentation der Kundenbeziehung im CRM
- Vorbereitung von Angeboten & Präsentationen
- Unterstützung im Business Development (Nutzung von Netzwerken, Empfehlungsmanagement, Veranstaltungen, Messen, etc.)
- Ordererfassungen
- Compliance-Tätigkeiten & Mitwirkung beim Onboarding von Neukunden
Ihre Ausbildung und Erfahrung:
- Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung (HAK oder vergleichbarer Abschluss); Hochschulstudium von Vorteil
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS Office & Englisch - Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Funktionsweise der Finanzmärkte
