Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience authoring functional specifications from business requirements.
• Demonstrated track record working with ABAP developers to create/customize SAP solutions.
• Direct experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a history of driving data-based decisions that boost revenue and cut costs.
• US Citizenship is required for this role

Desired Skills

• Hands-on SAP configuration expertise (e.g., PM, MM, PP, PS, SD, MDG).
• Experience with iDoc processing and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and enterprise asset/warehouse management (EAM/EWM).
• Experience collaborating with military customers and navigating defense-specific compliance.
• Proficiency with SAP Fiori and/or SAP Personas for modern user experiences.
• Ability to facilitate change-management workshops and learning activities.
• Solid product-ownership or project-management experience, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $161300.00 - $299500.00

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $145100.00 - $269500.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $129000.00 - $239600.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $116100.00 - $215700.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.
