Junior Flutter Mobile App Developer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will help develop new cross-platform mobile applications and maintain and enhance existing applications.

We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in Flutter and Dart, practical API integration skills, attention to UI detail, and a willingness to learn modern mobile development practices while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement accurate, responsive mobile interfaces based on UI designs and specifications.
• Translate design references into reusable Flutter widgets and maintainable application components.
• Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data, authentication flows, loading states, errors, and application responses.
• Implement appropriate state management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar approaches.
• Work with local storage and implement data persistence where required.
• Assist with offline data handling and synchronization.
• Implement mobile features such as push notifications and device integrations when required.
• Debug application issues and contribute to improving performance, stability, and usability.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate with other developers.
• Test application features across relevant devices and screen sizes.
• Assist with application builds, deployment, and release preparation.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA team members, and other stakeholders.
• Manage priorities effectively and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years preferred; candidates with strong project experience are  encouraged to apply
  
• Good understanding of Dart programming fundamentals.
• Practical experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and responsive mobile UI development.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
• Familiarity with state management concepts and at least one approach, such as Provider, Riverpod or Bloc.
• Understanding of local storage and basic mobile application architecture.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to debug application issues and write maintainable code.
• Attention to detail when implementing UI designs, including spacing, typography, colors, alignment, and responsiveness.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.

Additional Skills That Will Be an Advantage

• Familiarity with Figma for inspecting designs and translating them into mobile interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of backend development and client-server architecture.
• Experience implementing offline-first features and data synchronization.
• Knowledge of push notifications, device APIs, and platform-specific functionality.
• Experience with automated testing and mobile performance optimization.
• Experience building release-ready Android or iOS applications and deploying mobile apps.
• Familiarity with application signing, APK generation, and release workflows.

Candidates will be asked to submit their assessment through a Git repository with a deployed or installable demo, as specified in the assessment instructions. The expected completion time and payment terms will be communicated before the task begins.
