  • Raccolta, elaborazione e analisi di dati operativi
  • Monitoraggio di KPI e indicatori di performance
  • Creazione e aggiornamento di report e dashboard (Excel, Power BI)
  • Automazione e pulizia dei flussi dati con Power Query
  • Supporto nella preparazione di materiale per incontri con i clienti
  • Gestione della comunicazione tramite Outlook con colleghi e interlocutori esterni
