We are hiring a GTM Engineer to help build the AI-powered operating systems, workflows, and tools behind Edwin AI’s growth.

This is a hands-on builder role at the intersection of AI, business operations, data, and technology. You will help build the operating system behind Edwin’s next phase of growth, using AI, automation, data, and rapid prototyping to rethink how work gets done.

You will work across Edwin with business and technical partners to identify high-value operational problems and turn them into AI-powered workflows, automations, tools, and systems that make teams more effective and help the business move faster. 

The role will have a particular focus on GTM, partnering with GTM leaders to turn emerging opportunities, business needs, and new GTM ideas into practical, repeatable solutions while also tackling high-value operational problems across Edwin. The opportunity goes beyond automating existing processes: we want to rethink how work gets done in an AI-first organization.

The role will involve building AI workflows that eliminate repetitive processes, connecting systems and data to power automated solutions, prototyping new operating models, and creating lightweight tools that help teams work faster and more effectively.

The right person is comfortable moving from an ambiguous business problem to something tangible quickly. You can understand the desired outcome, work with data and systems, build the solution, measure the impact, and iterate.

• AI-powered workflows: Build agents, automations, and lightweight tools that eliminate manual work, improve decision-making, and increase capacity across GTM and other business teams.
• AI-first operating solutions: Identify high-friction or high-value business problems and redesign how the work gets done using AI, data, and automation.
• Connected systems and data: Bring together data and systems where needed to power intelligent workflows, automation, and better operational experiences.
• Scalable solutions: Take successful prototypes and turn them into reliable, repeatable workflows that can be adopted across teams.
• GTM experimentation and scale: Turn emerging GTM ideas into working prototypes and workflows, then help translate successful approaches into repeatable solutions that can scale.
• AI experimentation: Continuously identify opportunities to apply AI to GTM and other business processes, redesigning how work gets done rather than simply automating existing processes.
• Operational intelligence: Build solutions that turn fragmented information into useful context, insights, and actions for teams.
• Rapid prototypes: Use SQL, Python, APIs, scripts, AI-assisted development tools, and lightweight applications to quickly turn business needs into working solutions.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, business systems, data or analytics engineering, operations engineering, product operations, business operations, or a similarly technical and business-facing role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization, building strong partnerships and driving progress across teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand operational problems, workflows, and the outcomes teams are trying to achieve.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms, REST APIs, and JSON-based data sources.
• Experience working across SaaS platforms, business systems, data sources, and automation technologies.
• Ability to build AI agents, automated workflows, prototypes, scripts, or lightweight applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Comfort working with messy data and ambiguous business requirements.
• Ability to move quickly from problem definition to working solution without overengineering.
• Deep curiosity about AI and how it can fundamentally redesign how teams work rather than simply automate existing processes.

  Preferred Experience

• Experience building or scaling new AI-powered workflows, operational systems, internal products, or business capabilities.
• Experience rapidly prototyping solutions and taking successful concepts into repeatable use.
• Familiarity with modern enterprise SaaS, data, workflow, and automation platforms.
• Experience applying AI to real business workflows and operational problems.

Experience in fast-moving AI, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS environments.

• You are equally comfortable understanding the business problem and getting hands-on with the technology needed to solve it. You enjoy taking something that is still an idea, figuring out how to test it, building the system or workflow behind it, and using real results to determine what happens next.
• You should be comfortable operating across business strategy, data, technology, and execution - and excited by the opportunity to help define what an AI-first operating model looks like in practice.
• You won’t just automate the way teams work today. You’ll help establish new patterns for how an AI-native company should operate, building solutions that set a new standard for speed, intelligence, and efficiency.
