The Project Manager in Professional Services plays a critical role in driving the successful execution of customer engagements, leading infrastructure monitoring, observability, and digital operations projects while ensuring engagements are delivered efficiently, strategically, and with measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to maximize the value of their LogicMonitor investment through effective project leadership, communication, and execution.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

• Manage customer-facing LogicMonitor implementation projects, including standard and enterprise engagements, from kickoff through completion.

• Consultative approach to coordinating project activities and deliverables, aligning timelines, resources, and milestones with customer and internal team availability.

• Track progress across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, consistent communication and a consultative experience throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers  to align on project scope, success criteria, and implementation priorities.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing phases, tasks, and dependencies in tools like Asana, Mavenlink, or Confluence.

• Facilitate regular status meetings and updates, proactively guiding customers through project phases while addressing questions and offering best practices when appropriate.

• Document and maintain accurate project artifacts, including timelines, notes, action items, and next steps.

• Identify potential risks or delays early, escalating appropriately and contributing to mitigation strategies with internal teams.

• Foster productive customer relationships, taking a consultative approach to understand their goals and adapt delivery to support successful outcomes.

• Provide structured recommendations and insights  within the bounds of project scope, helping customers make informed decisions that support implementation success.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives  by offering feedback on delivery processes, tools, and templates.

• Participate in onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities  to support team growth and operational consistency across the PMO.

What You'll Need:

• 2-4 years of experience managing software, SaaS, infrastructure monitoring, observability, IT operations, or enterprise technology projects, preferably within a customer-facing implementation or professional services environment.

• Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices, with demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and business audiences, including customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex customer environments, proactively address challenges, and drive projects to successful outcomes.

• Familiarity with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Mavenlink, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset.

• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, AI-assisted workflows, AI-powered operational platforms, or AIOps concepts is highly desirable. Familiarity with LogicMonitor's Edwin AI capabilities and the application of AI to improve operational efficiency, observability, and customer outcomes is a plus.

• PMP, CAPM, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or equivalent project management certifications are preferred but not required.
