Senior Design Project Manager

The role and team:

. You will be stepping into a Dual DPM/CPM role, acting as an expert of the Logitech Playbook and navigating Logitech Creative and Design processes.

. You will join a global team of over 30 people.

. You will have opportunities to work on innovative projects at the forefront of developing new products, technologies, and services.

. You will serve as a strategic liaison, interfacing with internal designers (ID, CMF, UX, CDR, PKG), Business Groups, Engineering, and design agencies

. You will balance creative needs with practical project management, creating a positive, collaborative work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and sustainability.

• Manage Workflows & Operations: Oversee end-to-end project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation for creative asset delivery.

• Align Cross-Functional Teams: Drive early requirement-setting and seamlessly bridge gaps across Creative, Design, Marketing, and Engineering

• Drive Communication: Maintain project dashboards, provide concise weekly updates, and rapidly consolidate actionable feedback.

• Resolve Conflicts & Optimize Processes: Navigate resource constraints, align competing priorities, and continuously refine workflows to meet strategic goals.

• Leverage AI: Manage AI assistants to streamline routine tasks, allowing you to focus on high-value strategic contributions.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

• Experience & Adaptability: Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience with the ability to work autonomously and maintain composure in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Strategic Organization: Proven ability to translate big-picture workflows into clear schedules, manage high-quality data, and strategically synthesize conflicting feedback

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: A proactive team player with clear communication skills to partner seamlessly with global design, marketing, and engineering teams

• Leadership & EQ: Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills to motivate teams, solve problems, and foster a fun, positive work culture

• AI Integration: Proficient in leveraging AI tools and managing AI assistants to optimize and support project workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

A background or experience related to project/programmer management is a MUST, and background related to design will be a plus
