Sr. Testing Engineer

The Role:

The Senior Testing Engineer is responsible for mice and computer peripherals products NPI, engaging with TDE from new product launch to mass production sustaining. You'll work with design, quality and manufacturing teams to launch new products, developing testing flow for manufacturing.

• TE Job

  • Work with NPI team to launch new products

  • Work with TDE to set up and verify testing stations

  • Design for manufacturing (DFM) contributor

  • Work with factory to deploy test stations

  • Lead failure analysis and risk assessment to manufacturing issues

  • Conduct data analysis to dig out potential issues

  • Continuously improving test efficiency, coverage and stability;

  • Conduct testing station transfers to CM factories

• TDE Job

  • Work with design team to design testing process and develop test stations as joint design support

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Technical background and major in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related;

• Bachelor’s degree, Master is plus

• Ability to understand schematics and circuits

• Good at cross-functional cooperation with good communication skills

• Fluent read/write and speak English

• Aggressive and result oriented

• Familiar with common instruments and interfaces: oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, serial/USB/I2C/SPI communication [TDE Job preferred];

• Proficient in at least one language: C# / C++, able to independently develop automated test scripts and host software [TDE Job preferred];

Qualification with below skills will be plus

• Familiar with manufacturing process/product and management

• Familiar with AI

• Familiar with automation applications

• Overseasstudy or workexperience

• Testing developing experience of consumer electronics products

Background:

• Manufacturing engineering experience in consumer electronics or peripherals (mouse, keyboard, camera etc.), outstanding fresh graduates considered;
