Logivo is hiring an Operations Officer to join its team in Douala.
As part of the development of its operations, Logivo is looking for a rigorous, organized and results‑driven professional able to optimize internal processes and manage logistics operations on a daily basis.
The Operations Officer will be responsible for improving team efficiency, overseeing the supply chain and leading company projects from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Workflow: optimize day‑to‑day processes to maximize team efficiency and reduce friction

Logistics Management: oversee supply chains, vendor relations and delivery schedules to ensure operational continuity

Project Oversight: plan, track and execute company initiatives from start to finish, on time and within budget
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Operations Experience: proven history of managing internal workflows and scaling operations

Logistics Industry Expertise: solid background working directly in the logistics or supply chain field

Customs Clearance Knowledge: proven experience in regulatory compliance, import/export duties, and customs documentation

Project Management Proficiency: demonstrated success leading cross‑functional projects

PMP Certification: highly preferred and considered a major advantage
