Join FTSE Russell as a DevOps & Environment Lead, where you will be responsible for the automation, configuration, deployment, and operational excellence of end-to-end environments in our AWS-based cloud ecosystem. You will establish standards, build tooling and frameworks, oversee monitoring and alerting, and manage and mentor DevOps engineers. This role requires expertise in CI/CD and DevOps practices, strong experience managing and automating cloud environments on AWS, and experience with monitoring, alerting, and SRE methodologies.

Missions

  • Establish standards, build tooling and frameworks for environment automation.
  • Automate environment setup, teardown, and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Manage and mentor DevOps engineers, ensuring operational excellence and secure cloud environments.
