  • Lead the design and development of robust, enterprise-grade software solutions, particularly in the areas of AI-powered analytics and modern finance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software engineering problems, leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Profil recherché

- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and timezones

- Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in how emerging technologies can be applied to solve complex software engineering problems

- Experienced Software Engineers with one of the following technologies - Java, Python, C++ or C#

- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack

- We place great value on technical excellence and a drive for continuous learning

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

- Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related field or relevant experience

- Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing framework and automation (testing/deployment) in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
