Развиваем ИИ-агентов в интересах розничного бизнеса, разрабатываем API для доступа агентов к системам ИТ-ландшафта и реализуем интеграционные сервисы.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • техническим лидерством в команде разработки и организацией работы продуктовой команды;
  • реализацией интеграций на техплатформе (PlatformEco, Gravitee);
  • реализацией агентов на ИИ-платформе;
  • интеграцией агентов в ИТ-ландшафт компании;
  • внедрением ИИ-компонентов в агентский портал;
  • формированием роадмапа, приоритизацией бэклога и управлением жизненным циклом продукта.
Чего мы ждём от тебя :
  • опыт технического руководства командой разработки на C# / .NET Core;
  • понимание принципов проектирования сервисов, код-ревью, поддержания стандартов разработки;
  • глубокое понимание Agile / Scrum / Kanban и опыт их адаптации под крупные организации (внедрение, оптимизация процессов);
  • навыки формирования роадмапа, приоритизации бэклога, управления жизненным циклом продукта;
  • понимание архитектуры корпоративных интеграций и API-менеджмента;
  • опыт проектирования и реализации интеграций между разнородными системами;
  • актуальное понимание Generative AI и LLM;
  • опыт с концепцией ИИ-агентов: архитектура, сценарии использования, ограничения и риски;
Будет плюсом:
  • опыт разработки на скриптовых языках: node.js / python.
  • базовые знания RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), векторных баз данных и промпт-инжиниринга.
