A Day in the Life

You will drive our brand's voice, social engagement, and creator advocacy across platforms, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You will turn social content and advocacy into cultural moments that build genuine brand love.

• Social Content Orchestration: Build and execute editorial calendars across TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, aligning daily activations with marketing briefs and campaign launches.
• Social Commerce & Livestreaming: Plan monthly livestream themes for TikTok Shop, briefing internal partners and monitoring live execution.
• Advocacy & Creator Relations: Lead end-to-end influencer initiatives, managing partnerships with top creators and brand ambassadors, optimizing agreements, and coordinating product seeding.
• Agency & Media Alignment: Brief partner agencies on social awareness campaigns, track Share of Voice, and collaborate with digital specialists to evaluate campaign ROI.
• Transversal Reporting: Partner with regional and divisional teams to exchange best practices, track performance metrics, and prepare monthly business reviews.

We Are Looking For

You bring a sharp creative eye, commercial awareness, and a structured approach to social platforms. You bring:

• Community Management: Demonstrated ability to cultivate and moderate engaged online audiences across diverse social channels.
• Influencer Management: Proven track record in identifying, selecting, and nurturing relationships with content creators and brand ambassadors.
• Owned Social Strategy Design: Practical capability in building platform-tailored content calendars that resonate with cultural trends.
• Project Planning Management: Strong organisation to manage cross-functional launch schedules, agency deliverables, and multiple campaign deadlines.
• Adapted Communication: Clear, persuasive communication style with experience presenting performance insights to multi-functional stakeholders.
