A Day in theLife
As our LATAM Operations HRBP Intern, youwillplaya keyrole in theemployeelifecycle, supportingtheentireonboardingjourney, fosteringdevelopment, managingday-to-dayrequests, and facilitatingtheoffboardingprocessacrossourOperationsmétiers.
- Supportthecontinuousupdateofpersonneldatabases, organisationalcharts, and administrative tracking ofinternalmovementsacrossHR systems.
- Assistwithinductionand onboardinglogisticsfor new joiners, coordinatingagendas, systemaccess, and welcomesessionswithteamsacrossthezone.
- Contributetoconsolidatingoperationalreportsand metrics(attendance, turnover, headcounttracking) for ourregional Operationsteam.
- Participatein managingdailyemployeerequests, documentarchiving, and monitoringinternaladministrative processes.
- Coordinatetheemployeeoffboardingprocess.
