Responsibilities:

Formulate and develop skincare product based on marketing brief and manager assignment
Ensure product quality, safety and performance, in time reporting.
Identify and detect potential risks in projects and alert in time, analyze and propose technical solutions

Respect key milestones in development process and officialize formulas in a prompt and responsible manner by coordinating and validating different development phases with MARKETING/OPERATION/RI Related partners
On market cosmetic product technical evaluation and synthesize
Participate in protection of L’Oréal intelligence property
Ensure safety regulation within lab

Competence:

3-5+ years’ experience in cosmetic formulation, basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills, skin biology and consumers. Skincare formulation experience is preferable.
Master’s degree in related science: polymer, physical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, food industry, fine industry, etc.
Good listening, writing, and speaking in English
Clear communication and ability of quick adaptation
