Monitor production lines and perform in-process quality inspections.
Inspect raw materials and finished products according to approved specifications.
Collect samples and coordinate with the laboratory for required testing.
Monitor critical quality parameters such as weight, temperature, humidity, sealing, and product appearance.
Identify and report non-conforming products and production issues.
Prepare daily quality reports and maintain accurate quality records.
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, GMP, and food safety requirements.
Communicate quality issues promptly with the Quality Supervisor and Production Team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology only.
Basic knowledge of GMP and HACCP is a plus.
Good analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work in a production environment and shifts.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
