Afin de renforcer notre Direction des Systèmes d'informations , nous recherchons un Technicien Support Informatique H/F basé à Puteaux.

Missions :

  • Assurer le support informatique de proximité pour le siège social de Loxam.
  • Participer à la prise d’appels et au traitement des tickets du N1 national.
  • Gérer les demandes de service standard (créations de comptes, arrivées RH, déploiement de postes).
  • Garantir la satisfaction des utilisateurs et le respect des procédures IT.
  • Contribuer à la qualité et à la continuité de service du support utilisateurs.

Activités :

- Assurer le support de proximité sur site (incidents matériels, logiciels, périphériques).

- Répondre aux appels et tickets des utilisateurs via l’outil de ticketing (ServiceNow).

- Diagnostiquer, résoudre ou escalader les incidents selon les procédures établies.

- Gérer les demandes de service liées aux arrivées, départs et mobilités RH (créations de comptes, affectations de matériels, droits d’accès).

- Contribuer à la mise à jour de la documentation et de la base de connaissances internes.

- Appliquer les règles de sécurité et de conformité définies par la DSI.

- Bac à Bac+2 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT, équivalent).

- Expérience en support informatique souhaitée (1 à 3 ans).

- Connaissance des environnements Microsoft et outils bureautiques indispensable.

- Une première expérience en support de proximité ou en environnement multisite est un plus.

Rémunération fixe selon profil et avantages : 13ème mois, RTT, Intéressement + Participation, avantages CSE
