Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee production operators, organize daily tasks, and ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and according to quality standards.


Main Responsibilities


Supervise production operators and assign daily tasks.


Monitor work progress and ensure production targets are met.


Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety rules.


Check the quality of finished parts and report any issues.


Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment.


Report production problems and delays to the Production Supervisor.


Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.


Ensure proper communication and handover between shifts, when applicable.
